MAKE CHECKS OUT TO IA NBHA DISTRICT #1

Shirt colors are Brown with Logo choices of TEAL (TL) or PINK (PK) with a large front logo and Horse shoes with NBHA printed on

the hood or the back of the T.s The Zipper hoodies have shoes and NBHA on front left and big logo on back.

All orders placed by 5-20-08 will be delivered to the State Show in Mason City on June 6,7,8.

If you are not attending and are not in IA NBHA District 1, you will need to add postage and they will be mailed.

We must place an order for 12 at a time minimum, so order early to avoid delays and higher prices. NO orders

will be accepted after
